On way home after work last week.
I go through the last set of lights straight ahead getting onto a twin onramp for the 15N in Laval that narrows to one. Catch up to a slow moving milk truck, almost enough time to pass so I flash to left but noticed a beat-up Corolla close behind swerving and wanting to pass
By this time there is very little space if any to pass so I flash again this time to the right and move over behind the Grumann all the while emmittig my nasty not yet warmed up 500,000 km 1.6D soot
Seems all this is just too much to handle for that poor beat-up Corolla guy as he guns it and passes me, then attempts to pass the Grumann with his left set of wheels in the embankment  Then as it really does narrow to one lane the Grumann is still there steady as she goes with driver and helper both completely oblivious to what is going on. The kid then angrily completes the pass with all four wheels off the tarmac.
At this point I was sure I was going to see either a rollover or an underbody jacking situation but no the kid rode it out boucing through
what tapers out to be sort of a ditch and then promptly plops back down in front of the Grumann all the while raising a huge cloud of dust :!:
The milk truck guys by the way were still in their 'Steady as she goes' mode. Too funny and weird at the same time.
I drove by there again last night and it's a good 3-5 feet deep at the beginning part.
Just dumb and dangerous, was all this worth it?
Later,
Hugh
and thats why our insurance rates are so damn high...
Yeah idiots like that should be banned
Stuff like that goes on all the time in Québec.
People are really hot headed and impatient over here, I could write about a new road rage adventure every day here.
I'll post another interesting one when I have time,
it ends with the mad minivan driver being pulled over by a cop
Later,
Hugh
