yes i have a intercooler, 3 accually, 2 audi 5000 TQ's and 1 big one from a saab, but no its not on the car yet, im waiting until i do the motor which will be in a few months, but where is a good place to get intercooler piping for our diesels and who is good at rebuilding the KKK turbos, because for mine i want to redo everything and do it right, i am boring the block, new german pistons which we will ceramic coat, everything balanced, professionally ported and polished head and manifolds w/ flow numbers, valve grind and new guides, milled head, decked block, sending the pump to Giles, 2.5 in downpipe, GTD nozzles and rebuilt injectors, head studs, i want to add a tach and i am definitly getting a egt kit for it, and we have wideband at the shop, so we can tune it fairly well, and i would like to have the turbo redone just because its old, so hopefully it will run fairly well, i want this to be for fuel mileage more than anything, but the extra power is nice

ok, lets say i get the valve, drill a hole in the middle of the line, put a brass firtting in with the line and run it in the car to hook it up to the aquarium air valve on one end, what do i hook the other end of the valve to? or do i need to?

Nothing, you want to let air escape. It is easier to cut the line and put a tee fitting in than it would be to drill and try to put a fitting in, as it isn't a very big line. The valve you have pictured would work, as would any valve that you can make very small changes with.

wouldn't be a bad idea to tune your car though...  "hey look we're getting some oxygen readings!" "ok time to up the fuel"

its a innovate wideband that does gassers and diesels, though we have only used it on gassers in the past, its pretty neat though, you can upload the data logging onto your laptop to see everything thats going on all thru the tests, and it shows instant afr on the gauge, it will be interesting to see how it does.

also where is a good place to get intercooler piping for a TD??

EBAY
You can get mandrel bends and silicon elbows there.

you can even mock it up with ABS Sewer pipe - it will be like $15 in elbows and pipe - then when you know how you will route it buy the $$$$ silicon hoses of Ebay, or find large radiator hose and build it from assorted bends and pipe.

I plan to leave my sewer junk on until I see signs of heat distress - likely right at the turbo first and perhaps not at all after the intercooler.
