Dont go over 1200F for extended periods of time!!!!
Which is about 650C!!!

Just curious, where are you guys getting your temp reading from? I know it is not the stock temp gauge. Where do you guys install the gauge to?

I don't touch or exceed 1,600 degrees F (870 C) for extended periods.
