FS 1.6L TD Engine Under 65000kms!!!!

Selling my freshly overhauled 1.6l TD with Giles modded pump, comes with tranny.  It's got less than 65000kms and I even installed ARP Headstuds.

I rear ended somebody with my 1992 Jetta and voted against fixing it up(it wasn't worth it).  

Reason for selling my engine is that it's sitting in corner not doing anything and would hate seeing it going to waste.  Asking $2750CAD obo. Also delivery can be an option for no additional cost.(restricted to Southern and Central Ontario)

man what a waste... you can easily find another jetta and just xfer your performance parts over.  don't give up on the diesel  :twisted:

Just not in the cards right now, the house is more important, especially when it containts my future shop space.

i would just as soon buy your motor... but i've already got a TDI building up and another PD130 on its way...

are all the bolts on included? Was the turbo rebuilt? what kind of parts were used in the rebuild? Who did the rebuild? 1.9l HG or 1.6?

All the hardwhare is there,  the turbo didn't need a rebuild it's in very good shape bearings are tight.  Ceasar from Mississauga Engines did the rebuild on it (over 25 yrs experience).  All parts where either bought from a VW dealer or a reputable parts dealer(no Cdn Tire or Parts Source B.S.).  Currenlty a 1.6 2 notch HG is being used.  Tranny is in good working order.
