02A/02J gearbox supports for mounting in Mk1 or Scirocco

I'm designing and building gearbox support brackets for mounting a 02A or 02J gearbox in a MK1 Golf,Jetta, Caddy or Scirocco Mk1/2

I designed them in Catia V5 and I also calculated the strength with a FEM analysis (Nastran). They are made from Domex steel (Almost the same as ST-57)

They got a strong industrial powdercoating in shiny black





Price without a automatic transmission rubber (strongest rubber around by VAG) 225 euro and with the rubber 250 euro. I can send them over all around the world!

I'd be interested. Didn't get the currency convertor out here this morning, so not sure what that would be shipped to the US.

I repied your message, but I can't get close enough to the price from WRD.

I'm willing to send the 02A / 02J supports over to you for 250 euro including sending. (to NY)

But if I convert it to dollars than I get something like $344..

I found a new painting company.

At the moment I got 1 set for sale with sinc coating and after that industrial powder coating 2 layers.
 
Price stays the same: € 225 without sending. No problem to send them all over the world.
