D24 Volvo Diesel flywheel wanted

Title sums it up.
Looking for a flywheel (and clutch + pressure plate, if good) for a D24 VW/Volvo diesel engine, to convert a TD from auto to stick.

Also, is this the same flywheel as used on the Audi diesel?

If anyone has done this, was it necessary to re-balance the reciprocating assemblies?
