Guess I'll have to take some more pictures. I'll try and do that this week. I have a budget intake manifold utilizing the stock intake manifold, for around $350, which I would recommend to anyone wanting to get into tuning their vw turbo diesel. The tubular exhaust manifolds are a lot more expensive, looking at around $900 after they are all ceramic coated and everything. I'll try and get some pictures and info for each manifold up here soon.

PS Kudagra, I still have you lightened flywheel sitting here!

Dave,
What can you tell me about the stock manifold you are modifying. Is this stock off the vw diesel or a higher performance part off another vw application?   What kind of improvments / benefits will this offer over the stock application?  Before and after if you will.  Is this something you can test with your flow bench and measure the difference?  Do you have any flow numbers or figures for combined sets of your products, Say if someone had you install your cam, do the port and polish on the 1.9 head, combined with this manifold and your downpipe?  If this package was put together with the availability of more fuel-Giles pump-and going onto a completly rebuilt bottom end, where would that leave us with the turbo?  I saw in one of your previous posts that you said you would not go any higher than the stock t3 with the .48 hot side for anyone running a non ported head.  With the above mentioned combo, what would you consider for turbo sizing / setup? A t3 or k24 hybrid or something bigger?  This would be on a daily driver that will spent 80% of its life at highway speeds, 80 to 130kph.  Of course a whole lot of opportunity for fun happens below those speeds  :)  What say you sir?
