sagging front door
« on: March 05, 2007, 07:10:55 pm »
I have checked my bentely manual and it doesnt mention if the hinge pin can be replaced or if the whole hinge assembly has to be replaced on these cars when they are worn out. Its gotten to the point where I am having a real hard time closing my door and it doesnt seal properly so I get wind noise when I am driving. Anyone know whats gotta be done, its the bottom hinge and I can see that it is worn out when I move the door up and down.

thanks, different hinge design but maybe there is a shim elsewhere on my hinge.
