I purchased the cheapo haynes book only to find they excluded the 1.6 diesel in the book. Does anyone have the Bentley book that would be willing to share? especially having to do with the engine and timing belt.

The Chilton's book sucks.

and the pdf file has no diesel info,
anyone have a pdf of the diesel stuff??

Haynes #451 golf/jetta '78 to '84 has some pump info.
Haynes diesel engines #3286 has stuff on vw merc citroen/peugeut ....early n/a up to early tdi
