A 240? Must be a Canada only car, 245 with a d24t would be sweet.

its a 740, i kinda misread that post. not exactly sure where you got it was a 240 in the first place tho? the trans was a 4 speed and it had a button in the center of the knob?

   Didn't know they made 740s that early so I figured it was a 240. the button on the shifter 's for the overdrive/5th gear.
