i'm looking to get my eyes on the wiring diagrams for a 1990 jetta TD. hoping for everything, headlight to taillight. does anyone have any digital copies?

if you have difficulty locating it, try purchasing a bently manual on cd/paperback as this is pretty good. you might find these on ebay.

thanks. just put up a want ad for the bentley before i made this thread

there are digital copies kicking around online, i have used them before.... just can't ever find stuff when i need it, like tools :lol:

Actually they moved the site around a bit, the zip file are in a different spot now.

That ought to get you by, there in no replacement for a Bentley though.

One other thing you'll run into with a 90 is that it was the Year that was split between CE1 wiring and CE2. Based on production date, where it was made, and chassis number you'll be able to figure it out thought.

thanks lee and ziptar, that will get me started. russian copyright is great stuff. i've never sorted out if the car is CE1 or CE2 so that chart will help as well.
