Well, since he's in Montreal
and he's looking for someone
"over the border" to ship
quelque chose TO Canada,
then, I would imagine he's
looking for someone in the
U.S. who can get the pump,
for him, and ship it up to
Canada.

Of course, my conclusions
could be entirely erroneous.
