  finally I get time start work on my 1.6td project.
  
  1.6td sb engine from a Golf GTD, i got the engine as a runner but new it had some miles on it.
  
  i knew the turbo was shagged, so that was my first job. i managed to get hold of a new k14 from ebay really cheap as the seller didnt know what it came off, the exhaust half was not the same for vw but the input side was correct. so i stripped it down for all the good parts.

  stripped the old turbo down

  and drilled out the old roken studs,

  all swapped over to my reconditioned housing, also re-indexed for application on 51 deg vanagon (caravalle)

  thats one job out the way.
