Anyone heard good or bad about these folks?

http://www.coloradobiodiesel.com/injectors/index.html

Price don't seem bad, if they do what they say.

Granted I'm out of touch with the diesel community.  Last I heard my Mercedes buddies were complaining about crappy nozzles a few years ago..

Nope, never heard of them, but it looks like they do a nice job.  I like that zinc plating, it kind of gives it a chrome look.  The shinyness will eventually fade away won't it?  It's also good to hear they were bead blasted and not SAND blasted!  You just never can tell about people and the crap they sometimes pull with precision components.  (I'm specifically referring to a thread on another forum where a guy asked if it was bad that his friend removed the injectors from his PD TDI engine with a crowbar!)

$160-exchanged seems reasonable considering you're getting balanced injectors with new Bosch nozzles.  Let us know how they work out.

It sounds like they've modified the breaking pressure. I'd email them first and ask what they set it to

They also list two different part numbers for the rabbit and jetta NA diesels, I thought they were the same?

Well, I just emailed them as well. I've got a Dasher and run biodiesel, so I want to know if they do anything different for the Dasher injectors. I'll post here again when (if) I hear back from them.

So has anyone heard anything more from these folks?? :?
I mean, these Injectors seem like a good product, but I want to hear from anyone who has used them before I order. Price seems almost 'too good to be true'.

My Rabbit will need new Injectors this Spring and of course, I run Biodiesel too.     :D

I'm another one who has emailed them and heard nothing back.  This is what I emailed them exactly one week ago:

"You state that the vegject injectors are custom made for SVO/WVO.  But
you also state that "These injectors also work extremely well with
Biodiesel and high-concentration Biodiesel blends."  Except for the
winter (when I usually run B20), I almost always run anywhere from
B80-B100 in my diesel Rabbit.  However, I don't use any SVO/WVO, only
biodiesel.  As such, should I stick to the Quicksilver injectors?"

Hope to hear back soon.

I just saw another post that the person who makes these injectors did on another forum (eve biodiesel forum), that was advertising these injectors. It said they make them per order, and it was on there 2 years ago. So maybe they aren't working on them anymore. You could trying sending them a PM on that other forum.
