already torn down. It was a "mystery engine", so I wouldn't have felt comfortable selling as is. Good thing too, found the cam had rust on the lobes, and the inside of the exhaust manifold had enough scaly rust the turbo would've been murdered.

The Bad:
-K24 seems "dry". You can turn it, but it won't spin freely. Could just need some love, could need a rebuild kit from Jake Russel
-Cam is bad, the oil filler had been left off, and the cam exposed to the elements
-IP had been toyed with by the PO. Throttle shaft was unbolted without being marked. Seems to have had a leak, probably why they played with it.

So... The Master List(US prices, all are "or best offer")[/u]
-K24 "core" ($50) sold!
-1.6TD Injection pump "core"($50), can include rebuild kit from Smog (Corrected:$20)sold!
-intake/exhaust manifolds ($60)sold!
-Head seems really good ($150)sold!
-Injector lines ($20) sold!
-1.9 TD oil filter flange (see pictures)sold!
-core injectors ($20) (see pictures)sold!
-1.6 TD oil filter flange (see pictures)
-1.6TD pistons, 0.50 over ($100) (see pictures)(Edit: shown with conrods, but conrods may be sold seperately if there's interest)
-Crank (see pictures)
-oil pan with turbo drain ($25) (EDIT:meant to say oil drain fitting on pan... oil line can be included but it was badly kinked)
-1.6 downpipe  ($20) (see pictures)
-1.9 AAZ exhaust manifold (see pictures)
-IP brackets(see pictures)
-PS & alternator brackets(see pictures)
-front & rear cover plates(see pictures)

Let me know if you're interested, I can get you a shipping quote tomorrow evening. I can ship everything out on Monday. I'd love to scare up some cash before christmas

Pistons are 0.50 oversize!

Head is mechanical lifters, not hydraulic

Shipping would be prohivitive on the whole bottom end. If I don't get offers on the crank & pistons, I'll save it for my own skunworks.

I have a few offers in... looks like the turbo, IP, manifolds, oil pan are  sold pending shipping quotes. Same with the head, but I'm not sure the guy knows it's mechanical... sent him a PM.

Pistons, oil pump, crank, vacuum pump still available.

I also have a PS bracket, IP mounts for 1.6 & 1.9, oil filter flange for 1.6TD

If the guy that wants to buy your head needs a hydrolic maybe we can trade buyers. I sold mine on ebay but it turns out the buyer wanted a mechanical

my 1.6td with mechanical head had more power than my current motor... im not sure if thats because of pump settings or what...  but the mech motor had more torque down low...  it could really haul!

Pistons 0.50 over:

TD injectors $20
Injector lines $20

Mechanical head: (spoken for, but have to clarify to make sure he knows it's mechanical) $150

Crank:

IP brackets: 1.9(early) & 1.6

Power steering & alt mount: I believe these are from a non-AC car... maybe someone could have a look and confirm

cover plates: Front & rear 1.6... rear 1.9

1.6TD steel coolant line & rear engine mount bracket

Bits & pieces:

FWIW, the guy who got dibs on this turbo is getting a steal of a deal. Once I got some oil in it, it spins beautifully and has very little play. Anyone who has offers in at $50 has dibs on it at that price, any newcomers it will be $100. I kinda regret putting a price on it before toying with it, but them are the breaks!
