RATTLE BOX VS LUMINA Z34
« on: December 09, 2006, 12:18:48 am »
I was driving up to guelph  to go see my girlfriend right after work (very tired) so after 45 minutes i arrive in guelph. So im driving along the main road and here comes a quad cam Z34 lumina with a crappy tire special muffler. so he pulls beside me and downshifts his automatic and guns it, So i let him "SHOW" me whos boss and he finishes. A second later im with traffic and i get beside him slow down a bit to make sure there is room rev it up dump it in second and complete destroy my 2 front tires, back peddling it right past him........ I've never seen a jaw drop that low before especially when they found out it was a diesel. :D

man who can compete with a 12mm pump 'o' death?... seriously?!

those quad cam engines are great for the first 100'000km.  after that you might as well throw it out and install a new one! hehe

i second that. a guy I used to work for had one. As long as it's actually  running on all six, they had serious tug!
I repair, maintain and modify VW's and BMW's.
Good work done at affordable rates. Welding and fabricating, too.
Performance Diesel Injection's Super Pump: gotta have one!

i've driven a pontiac grand prix gtp...  the supercharger is amazing in those things.  i'd have to say that they are formidable machines... the 3800 gm motor is the best that gm has ever produced.  too bad back in the 80's the transmissions weren't strong enough for them! haha

fuel economy was another story... the way i was driving it.. the computer told me i was using about 15L/100KM... suffice to say i didn't quite like it lol.  i did get it to say around 20L/100km once... that was pretty funny! thats also doing around 200km/h on the highway...
