FS: 85 Quantum TD Sedan - Sold
« on: December 01, 2006, 08:50:06 am »
Hello,
I've gotta move a car or two. This one is a near-mint Quantum (that's what they called Passats in the US back then) with the 1.6 liter Turbo Diesel engine and 5 speed transmission. There is no rust (the car was always parked in winter) and there is documentation like I've never seen with a car before. I've been running the car on Biodiesel for the last couple tanks and it runs just fine - and gets about 38 - 42 mpg (again, documented over the last 20 years).

For lots of high resolution pictures and more details, please visit

Asking $5,500 USD.

'93 Cabriolet Turbo Diesel - in process!
'96 Passat TDI Wagon - 237k miles
'05 Jetta TDI Wagon - 36k miles (wifes car)
