Either one of those will work.  Just make sure to use a compatible sending unit.  After a cold start, the pressure may peg the 80psi gauge, but then it should come down shortly after and be in the readable range.

what about boost? do i need one with vac?

looks like i may be going autometer instead, those gauges on that site don't come with wiring etc, so it's not working out as cheap as i thought it would be, might as well get autometer.

For boost gauge, you don't need vacuum.  Just get one that starts at 0 psi and goes into positive pressure from there...  it would take a really, really severely plugged air filter to read a vacuum signal strong enough to be measurable on a typical (gasser) vacuum gauge.

For a cheap source of VDO oil pressure gauges that have the "cockpit" style (back face, white lettering, red needle), look at scrounging them out of wrecked cabriolets or scirccos.  Make sure to get the sending unit as well (Looks like a small cylindrical thing that screws into the end of the cylinder head.)  There are some versions of sending units that have a terminal for the gauge wire as well as the oil pressure dummy light.
