Difference 1,6 1,9 ve pump

wath is the diference betven the injector pump om a 1,6 enigen and the 1,9 AZZ.

Can i use a 1,6 pump om my 1,9?

You can use 1,6 pump in 1,9. You might need to use pump bracket and pulley from 1,6 too.

The "snout" that protrudes past the bracket is considerably longer on the AAZ.  Some had 20 mm pump shafts instead of 17mm.  The camplates have a taller profile.  Some had a joke aneroid pin and no starwheel or aneroid top adjustment.  Also there was the addition of a solenoid for idle timing retard.

hmmmm wonder if it would be possible to hook up a makeshift electric cold start system  advance the pump an extra .05mm, then run the motor with the idle timing retard when the motor is warm.  run it without when the motor is cold...?
