The Quick and dirty is I just dropped in a neused 1.9 long block. Runs beautifully. I have no air. The serpentine jumped off the day after install so I removed the Pwr steering belt and it was good for a bit then it flew off and jamed the car to an absolute stop. I saw a small flaw in the ribs on the crank pulley so I swapped the pulley from the old engine cause it had no visual flaws. Put on the pwr steering belt backed out of the garage and it flew right off. :? :evil: . I put it back on and left off the pwr steering belt cause every time it was on the serp came off but yesterday it flew off three times driving around town. I bought a new belt and it's still on but no pwr steering. I'm ok with that but my wife doesn't want popey arms. any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.
