the max fuel screw is located on the right side of the pump from the front of the car. it will have a clip around it, locking its position (you'll have to break this) and there is a locknut you have to loosen too before you can turn the fuel screw.
I've done 1/4 turns with little to no smoke on my car. it does affect economy a bit though, and performance

. i forgot which way to turn the screw for more fuel, but its a no brainer, if you turn the screw and the motor starts to get louder, then its getting more fuel. I think you turn the screw counter clockwise to go out... but i forget.
search the forums about idle screws etc. you'll need to adjust the idle back down once you turn up the fuel.
15 psi should be perfect for a k14. i really recommend getting an intercooler though.
