Max Fuel Screw Help

So I have all my gauges and my manual boost controller. I want to adjust the max fuel screw and adjust the boost but im unsure of which screw to adjust. Can someone show a pic of the screw that needs adjust. Also I will be turning the screw counter clockwise to increase fuel ? Also about how much will I need to turn this screw. Is it 3/4 turn 2 full turns ? Im just looking for a ballpark idea. Once this is done what should I adjust the boost to. I was thinking of 15 psi. Is this too much or what?  Its an Eco diesel with the Eco Pump (n/a) and a KKK14 with a fresh rebuild and a PP downpipe.  Thanks Paul

the max fuel screw is located on the right side of the pump from the front of the car.  it will have a clip around it, locking its position (you'll have to break this)  and there is a locknut you have to loosen too before you can turn the fuel screw.

I've done 1/4 turns with little to no smoke on my car.  it does affect economy a bit though, and performance .  i forgot which way to turn the screw for more fuel, but its a no brainer, if you turn the screw and the motor starts to get louder, then its getting more fuel.   I think you turn the screw counter clockwise to go out... but i forget.

search the forums about idle screws etc.  you'll need to adjust the idle back down once you turn up the fuel.

15 psi should be perfect for a k14.  i really recommend getting an intercooler though.

To adjust more fuel, turn the screw clockwise, a good way to know if you're raising the fuel, the motor will run faster. Each time you turn that screw, verify after (just give it a shot with the throttle) to make sure that the motor still returns to his idle, and then adjust the residual fuel screw behind the pump to get the RPM back to 1000, if you dont wish a 1200-1300 RPM at idle...  :wink:
