• Would the cluster of a MK3 TDI work on my 93 1.9TD aaz cluster wiring?
  
  Have anyone usedthe cluster of a tdicar on aazcar, or perhaps the otherway around? (altough I think the tach was standar on TDIs)
  
  there is this guy from germany selling me a cluster of a TDI i just dont want to waste moneyif it's not going to work. (partsguy at my local VW dealer think it would work but didn't sound convinced to me)

• The TD tach runs off the alternator "w" terminal, the TDI tach is driven by the ECM. I doubt that they would be compatible.
