where to buy Injectors or nozzles?
« on: September 17, 2006, 03:58:08 pm »
Hello I have a few questions maybe someone will be able to help me out.

1.  I will be changing my head gasket where is the best place to buy head gaskets and the stretch bolts?

2.  I need a set of new injectors, or injector nozzles.  where is the best place to buy them.  Is it cheaper to buy reman injectors, or buy the nozzles and take them to a injection shop and have them install them?  It was cheaper to buy the gtd nozzles from one of the venders in the vender section. than the local shop out here.  What drawback or advantage will this have on my 1.6na

3.  Where Do I get the tool to remove those C-clamps that secure the down pipe to the exhaust manifold?

4.  Where is the best place to buy a bentley manuel.

http://www.vwdieselparts.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=771
is a good link for home made tools

jack of http://www.vwdieselparts.com sells stuff
935 racer has good prices on bolts, and gaskets.
vw mike of TD Tuning has really good injector nozzles

for the nozzles its not that hard to build an injector pop tester if you look on this site or http://www.vwdieselparts.com/forum

and for other parts (i try to avoid using them at all costs) is vw parts place in pontiac. they will have a bentley for like 30 bucks.

good luck
