Bosch Yellow Dot 107A pump on 1.6L
« on: September 16, 2006, 01:53:20 am »
I'm going to be using a bosch 107A yellow dot pump on my 1.6. Does anyone know any specifics I'll need to know to make it work? My other pump is fubarred. Im saving up to send to Giles for performance mods. But i need a reliable pump for my car in the meantime. Anyone?

checking: 1.10-1.20
adjusting 1.15 +- 0.02

that's for a NA engine

Are those figures for the 1.6? The yellow dot of course is for a 1.5.

I don't know. I took them right from my bentley... which I can't find right now to double check for you

Just looked in the bentley again, it doesn't specify.
It only says 1977-1980 w/ or w/o yellow dot timing. I'd assume it's for a 1.5 though
