Just started up my diesel after sitting for about two months, and noticed a leak in the pump. Pardon my terminology, but the leak is between the 'main body' of the pump and the 'thick plate' where the fuel line ports exit the pump. I have never opened up a pump before and I have no idea what kind of problem I have. Is this something I can fix fairly easily? or is it a complicated procedure in which special tools are required? Thanks in advance for any help.
