I have a 1.9 short block, ie the head is toast, with about 146,000 km.  One piston was damaged but a new one can be easily purchased.  I would also include the old head which has damage to 4th cylinder, but all the other springs valves etc. are fine.  I live in Abbotsford.  Might be too expensive to ship??

!!!Swank!!!Going to give it some boost?!  You should check the Triad.  Last time I had a look there was a couple.  I know on vwvortex in the Canadian Classifieds, one guy is selling for $1000 a 1.9 td with 289000kms on the engine he does not know about the crank pulley problem and the other one I don't know if it's still for sale but this guy wanted $400 with I believe the same amount of mileage.  Anyways check it out and let me know.
