Feeler: '91 Jetta Eco Diesel with TD upgraded engine

wondering if it is time to get out of this car:
major issue with it is that it needs a head gasket, not sure if i want to put anymore time/effort into it.
80,000 original miles on engine
300,000 on car
new tires
new brakes
new brake lines
few rust spots here and there but none on the towers or battery tray
5spd
new clutch
new rear springs
new windshield, not installed yet
windows tinted
k&n air filter
extra k24 turbo (currently k14 on the car)
extra intake manifold
audi intercooler, not installed

was my daily driver until the compression stopped it from starting in a timely fashion, all cylinders sitting at 350psi compression, leaking oil from the head gasket,  will need front wheel bearings and passenger outer cv boot needs to be replaced.  otherwise it drives fine, a/c is cold and everything works.  i have $2500 in it since i bought it this time last year.  i have 90% of the receipts for the car since it was new.  

if anyone is in the area and is interested in it please let me know.  i would like to get what i have in it back out, $2500.  thanks!

i probably should mention that $2500 will be with the head gasket fixed, CV repaired/replaced, wheel bearings replaced, and the car running strong again or $2000 as it sits right now.  as i said the only thing stopping the car from being a daily driver again is the head gasket which i will be fixing with in the month.  if there is interest please let me know.  thanks!
