Good news! Just spoke with my mechanic and it seems they were able to make the oversize bushing work. They had to use a Dremel tool and remove just a bit of material around part of the hole so it wasn't as oblong and were able to tap the bushing in. It's all back together and working fine. I can pick it up this afternoon.

Got my car back....YAY!!!!
Used flywheel, new seals and end cap in the tranny and another seal/bearing in there somewhere, hole fixed to accept oversize bushing, front motor mount tightened up (the bolt was loose), oil and filter change, replaced the speed sensor.....all (parts and labour) for $535 including 14% tax on everything. Labour was $255...removing tranny, fixing everything and reinstall.
