Valve cover cup washers

Hi all,
Desperately need three of the steel cup washers that go above the large, rubber valve cover grommets on my 1z TDI motor. Anyone have any? Or a source for new?

If it doesn't fit force it. If it breaks it needed replacing anyway!

Looks like Cascade German has them and Rockauto shows them.
