What injectors to use on a 1.9TD AAZ?

I'm finding the 2-stage injectors on my AAZ are NLA and not liked at local diesel shops due to their tricky 2-stage pressure spring system. Can anyone recommend a USA rebuild shop that will do it? I did obtain some NOS nozzle inserts and put them in but the result was too good as I was unable to pop test them.

Are there other single-stage injectors that I can put in my engine? I have a 1.6NA here with known good injectors, will those work on the AAZ? My injection pump was build by Giles, if that makes a difference.

AAZ injectors are unique AFAIK. These were the last mechanical pumps and the 2 stage system was the height of purely mech injection. If youre going with single stage injectors might as well run a SS pump as well. If you have genuine Bosch nozzles though you should be ok..just be sure the internal mating surfaces are super flat and you should be pretty close to spec. Shims are tough to find as well, especially the 2nd stage/larger ones but I don't think the springs drift too much.
