I have not had my bunny on the road for a while and the other day I was changing the fluids(Oil, coolant....) and when I started the car it idled fine but when I gave it some fuel there was a buzzing under the dash and the clocks second hand was going way to fast. Now I have a bentley but it does not say where the regulator is. Is it under the dash on the gauge cluster? Or where is it located.
oh the car is a 84 TD rabbit.
