Need a set of 100mm drive shafts to fit my FN tranny
1981, Rabbit Car, 1.6, N.A.

Actually i just went out and measured it and it came out to 4 inch approx, 100mm.

perhaps it is measured differently, but an FN is an early long ratio gearbox with an open differential. 100mm cups came on later cars using a minislip differential so the seals and whatnot are different.

yes, I have an FN on my car right now and unless someone has swapped out the cups on the tranny itself it should be a 90mm driveshaft you need...
If thats the case let me know as I have two really good driveshafts here that are new within the last two years with less than 20k on them....
