1.6 TD cylinder head alignment bushings

Does anyone have a couple of the head/gasket alignment sleeves for the 1.6 TD?
There were none when I pulled the head and the headgasket had obviously been crooked.
It appears to be a 15mm sleeve type identical to what is used in the 16v head.
