Exhaust manifold heat shield studs

Hi all,
Taking my Exhaust manifold i took off the heat shields to get to the exhaust studs easier and of course the old rusty bolt broke off... After Finally carefully drilling out the broken stud i noticed that the bore goes all the way through into the exhaust. My question before i simply drop in a new stud is what should i use as a "loctite" compound? I am assuming it should be a good seal since the back end is inside the exhaust but considering the temps of the header im not sure regular red loctite will cut it. Any suggestions?
Its specifically a JX exhaust manifold and the srud i mean is here

Thanks guys!

I use Permatex Ultra Copper in that situation.

Me too. One of the tubes found at the bottom of the toolbox. Not used often but nice to have handy.
