WTB turbo kit for 1.6 na

I am looking for parts to turbo my 1.6 na.  I can get a gasser intake at the yard and modify my oil pan, but I need everything else. I have very little cash so looking for old parts or rebuildable.

I am in Salt Lake City, Utah.

 If you used the gasser intake
 you won't be able to fit a stock turbo on it.

 You'd have to go VNT-15 or some other turbo that hangs down.

Not tied to using a gasser intake I just don't want to pay crazy $$$.

What do you consider crazy $$ ?

I have a South African 1.9 Turbo engine that needs reassembly.  38,000 miles on it.  $450.  I'm in Powell, WY, so I am not that far from you.
