Regarding turning up the fuel on a 1.6l TD. WEll its turned up enough that trying to drop the rpm does not do anything anymore, plus the idle, well i got it to about 1100rpm, but when i rev it past 1500, it'll "stick" at 1500 and wont go lower, the only way to go lower is to kinda lug the engine so that it drops below. any ideas? :?:
