lost my boost...

got my settings to stock(no fuel, 0.7bar ) but now my car as lost some power and the boost gauge almost doesent move...
what can be?
i wear the wistle so the turbo spools but makes no pressure.
i have to change my fuel filter(bought it with the car and have been running SVO) could that make a difference?
clogged BOV?

Boost line is leaking off your LDA

Try and floor it in 5 th at 80 km hr, and if your boost line is disconnected, then it will not smoke alot
