The only thing I would worry about is the item in the upper right corner, if that's a crack it could possibly leak, if its just a dent, it'll be fine.

The cracks between the seats are pretty normal looking, as are the cracks in the prechambers, nothing to worry about.

those gaps remind me of my subaru heads..the machinist told me that the seats are out of line and will not let the valve close completely..he proved this with turning the head upside down and putting a small amount of water on Closed valves only to watch it leak past  the seal into the head...he also said maybe that the valves just needed to be lapped, but thought, sooner or later the valve seats will shift again due to heat ...with heat, along with the wide cracks, will cause the seats to be not held in there very tightly....or at least according to specs...this can be much more of a problem for the older aircooled motors...after that he checked the head gasket surface for straightness and found that the head was slightly warped..metal moves
