i believe it signifies a factory overhaul.
I repair, maintain and modify VW's and BMW's.
Good work done at affordable rates. Welding and fabricating, too.

diesels had green blocks from the factory, not just when they were rebuilt.  i think it may just be the color of diesel, kind of like how some diesel pumps are green.
