I dug into the spare parts cupboard and am sending the one picture of what I think you are asking for in the way of the bracket that holds the accelerator cable.  I have a complete cable from a Caddy with the dealy ball.  I need to do some work on the new Cabby today so the wife can have her driveway back.

Are these what you seek?  Cable is 36 inches end to end
