As above guys she won't start and compression across the board only 150 hose up to 250 300 with some oil so I need a smart guy to tell me if I ***ed up when I done the timing belt because I'm getting some exhaust gas back through intake or are the rings just fried wanna know what ppl think before I go rip it apart

Well it has ran and drove since I done the belt just fine parked up for winter not started since smoke coming back up the intake made me thing it could have been something else which was the question

Just go edit it up with some spaces Libby. I thought it was kind of on the same line as the question. I ran out of breath trying to read the question.
So Kenny, Near as I can tell you have very low compression to start with here. That is not due to a timing belt adjustment or replacement. It is worn out rings. So look for oil delivery issues or perhaps just miles in general. The exhaust you see might be blow by from the poor seal on the cylinders and it is routing into the intake from the Crankcase.
This engine has been at a standstill for how long? 4 mths after running fine? Maybe you have rings that are not expanding. So to cure that you might try a tablespoon or so, 10 ml, of Automotive Trans fluid in through the injectors and let that sit for a day and then see what compression numbers you have. Since you have the tools to measure it you might find it improves to the mid 250 range and that might get you going again.
That's what comes to mind right now. But been out in the sun all day and sort of fried there.
