1981 VW Caddy 1.6 na (First Trip)
« on: October 25, 2016, 08:01:23 am »
So this weekend I did my longest trip in my caddy. (First Trip on it) I also put the bed cap on it and camped in it. I went to Talladega from Montgomery Al which is a 90ish mile trip each way. I managed to get the top speed on it of 75 mph on a down hill with the wind on my favor. does that sound about right?

It ran like a charm and I couldn't be more happy about it.

You have a 1.5 in it?
Because a 1.6 should go faster than 75mph down a hill.
