WTB 1.6 Diesel Alternator Bracket
« on: October 03, 2016, 07:22:21 pm »
I am looking for a 1.6 Alternator bracket that bolts below the injection pump on the water pump housing. This is the simple bracket that does not have AC or other accessories. Just the single alternator.

If you have one you are interested in selling, please contact me.

Thank you,
Dave

MK1 alternator brackets were different  depending on AC or not.
MK2 had the same bracket either way so might be easier to find.
It also allows you to do the 90 amp alternator upgrade. All my MK1 builds now use the MK2 bracket.
Check the thread on deleting AC in a MK2 for the parts you will need.
