Essentially if you aren't understanding what you see in the README this probably isn't the project for you. I do have a background in electronics plus computer programming and it was a massive learning experience for me.
You need to build your own circuit board - I do have a board design I made up but it hasn't been tested. You'd have to get a board fabricated, solder all the components on, sort out how you are going to get an accelerator input to the thing, etc yourself.
The software works for me with my particular turbo, engine and vehicle but it took me a looooong time to be able to say that. About a year of tuning and tweaking to get it somewhere that I was happy with. The behaviour of the turbo needs to be reflected in the software - like I have tuning to stop the boost spiking over the set point that really works for the specific sized turbo I'm using, it might not work as well with a vnt15 as it does with a gtb1756vk.
