The ones you've linked to aren't correct for a Mk1. The Mk1 neck is metal and has threaded screw-in single pin temperature sensors. The Mk2+ neck is plastic and has clip-in 2 pin temperature sensors. To swap a plastic one for a metal one you also need to swap the temperature sensors and change the connectors over to a 2-pin one, then add a ground connection. By the time you buy the neck, the temp sensor(s), the associated sealing rings, the sensor clips and the wiring harness clips you'll be in around $100.

Bryn,
Respond where to buy the aluminum ones. MK1 Warehouse does not stock them. No one has responded with a used aluminum one.

I've responded through a PM to him, I have quite a few of these aluminum coolant flanges in a box.

I may have one in my parts pile, I'll have a look tomorrow and send you a pm if I do. Curious what they are worth?

Still looking. EcoTX didn't have the one I need. Through some research, I think it's part number 068 121 133R, which is NLA. Not sure what they are worth, since I haven't seen the exact one available. The single threaded port style 068 121 133M go for $15-20.
Thanks.

i've never seen one like yours before, does the port on the side of the head for the heater core have no sensors in it? you're probably better off just getting a set to the more normal setup with the sensors on the side of the head. or if you can find someone that tigs aluminum that'd be much quicker than continuing your search.

I am looking for the same one. The actual part number appears to be 068121133R. It is alloy made, has two threaded sensor ports and two hose connectors.

Hi I'm looking for a 1.6td aluminum flange that will mount on my afn engine. I want to replace the plastic ccv tubing. I will weld a barbed end onto the 1.6td flange.
