I'm an english speaking Canadian and I was able to stumble through it.
Perhaps a bit more guidance from caddy would help those with no french exposure?
I could live without the popups on the page...

I'm the one inscrit in Iowa.
I was hoping it would show a star or something, where everyone is at but it doesen't.
You can't tell where we are at until you run the cursor over the states.
Instead you have to click on the country, then state and it will list the villages people are in.

Why not a Frappr map instead?
That DOES put markers for people, and it's in English for those of us that don't know French.

I can't believe Frappr doesn't list the sprawling metropolis of Dashwood as a "world city", guess Exeter will have to do...

Maybe if you live in the centre of the universe. If you live outside the US it seems your choices are limited to the "autocomplete popup list". I did try several times to directly enter the town name, but I was scolded and told to choose a city from the list. I was able to place my marker on beautiful downtown dashwood, however...

Well, I meant that you could put your marker where you physically want it to be.
When I add my marker, you'll note that it's not actually in my town - it's sitting on my exact street.
