Garret T3 turbo

Used Garrett t3 turbo. Turbine spins free. Not loose. Turbine blades look great. Doesn't leak oil, etc. But.... The housing on the wastegate actuator is bustred/rusted through and the studs that hold the cover on the wastegate valve all need removed (drilled) and preplaced.  So this might be repairable or it might just be for parts. $100 and I'll pay the shipping.
