WTB: K14 or T2 Turbo and Exhaust Manifold for 1.6 TD

I have a Vanagon with a 1.6 TD swap in it. It is running the stock Garrett T3 turbo. The top end, turbo, injectors and fuel pump were all rebuilt in the last 30k miles and it runs very well, but the turbo spools up too slowly to push this big box around. From researching it sounds like a K14 or a T2 would be a better fit for me (I've considered the K03 as well, but have read mixed things about its ability to run at higher RPM's like at 70 MPH on the freeway...maybe I'm wrong?). I'm not going for big power here, just want to be able to take off from a stop better and cruise up mild grades in 4th gear (I have a tall Weddle .77 4th, so even more of a need for lower RPM boost).

I'm looking for a turbo and matching manifold. I don't mind rebuilding the turbo if the price is right, but no junk please. I'd also be willing to trade with someone looking for a larger turbo like the k24 or T3 that I have, if it's the right deal. Let me know what you have!

got a t2 with a maniflod who was working great on a 1.9td same manifold  as 1.6td I'm looking for a k24 (does it need rebuild)only catch i'm in Canada
