Doing the old yota swaparoo and had a few people on here who suggested I do a built sheet for all to see since I was adding a little extra power to the build! Just a side note this is engine number 2 as my first was an AAZ I ran using stock components and let's just say running the stock bottom end is NOT always reliable to 150hp or above as I found out when the engine blew off the three center main bearing caps. Stock main bearing bolts in my opinion need to be upgraded if doing any hp upgrades again just my opinion but it is cheap insurance! Now back to the build on the yota first let's start with the non engine upgrades! Yota has the acme adapter kit for VW swap was a pain in the ass I was the guinea pig they had never built one for this generation yota. Next fuel tank was dropped cleaned and 3/8" stainless tubing was plumbed from tank to universal fuel filter with Carter P4070 inline fuel pump delivering diesel to engine! Radiator was relocated about 5 inches forward to make room for 31"X11"x3" with 3" inlet and outlet  air to air intercooler up front and six pass engine oil cooler. exhaust is 2 1/2" 90 to 3"x8" stainless expansion joint then 3" Exhaust pipe to a magnaflow muffler then out back of truck. I also have mechanical oil pressure, boost, egt, and water temp gauges instaled. Now the fun part the engine build everything on engine was new except power steering pump, brackets, oil pan and intake!

VW 1Z block
VW crankshaft
Main bearing ARP studs with main bearing girdle!!
ARP head studs
AHU KOLBENSCHMIDT head and cam intake was polished, exhaust was ported and polished both were gasket matched three hole head gasket
Stock AAZ intake (for now)
Cast Gt60 Exaust with T25 flange
Garret gt1752 (for break in then gt2056) 15psi Max for break in
Rosten h beam rods with ARP bolts
KOLBENSCHMIDT Pistons
All bearings are KOLBENSCHMIDT
Gaskets are victor reinz seals are goetz
Bosch dura term glow plugs
Fuel is being delivered via bosch VE 300tdi rover pump (mods to come after break in)
Injectors are DBWLLC bosio race520 stage 3 with mod pilot
EGR delete
K&N 3" air filter and intake
The VW AAZ injection pump bracket has the correct hole in it for the 300tdi pump to fit but securing it is up to you also flip the stock bracket and cut for back bolt hole to line up

Good call on the girdle.

The only thing on your list I don't like is the K&N filter.  I have found that they do a crap job of filtering.  Pleated paper filters do a better job of keeping the fine dust out of the engine and if sized appropriately don't inhibit flow at all compared to a K&N.

I'm looking forward to pics.

Thanks for the advise im sure I'll upgrade to a better filter this one just came in a kit I got! The girdle is nice but was a *** to install, it was the hardest part of the build by far! It definetly runs smooth and pulls great! Can't wait for break in to be over with I have three gt1752 turbine housings with different A/R that I plan on playing with to see what different engine rpms the turbo boosts right now I'm running an A/R of .81 and you could say it's a little laggy lol plus I'm governed to 4200rpms I haven't messed with the pump to much yet! Oh as for pictures All on my phone and guess what happen got wet all gone!! But I'll update with outside pics and Dyno charts when I Dyno tune it in the near future! Think i found a different route for the gov mod I'll be doing on my pump also!
