Injectors

Can't seem to find this in search - can you swap alh injectors into a older 1Z/AHU engine?  I know they have different break pressures.  Is that any problem for a M-tdi pump? (LR)

Pretty sure the AHU injectors actually have the same pop pressure as the ALH actually. The 1Z was initially different though I believe, however I think that may have been changed mid life cycle.

Either way, no harm whatsoever swapping in ALH parts, especially with a mechanical pump. Timing is the only thing that would be affected.

ALH injectors are interchangeable with AHU but I keep them as sets.

Yeah, I just wanted a spare set as I think it would be much easier to just swap out new (new nozzles) with old, and possibly experiment with different sizes to find what works best with setup.
